In this role you will:

Rigging and skinning of characters, creatures and props.
-
Supervise the rigging team. Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior riggers.

Ensure deliverables are completed on-time, on specs and up to quality standards.

Work with production to ensure schedules and plans meet business needs.

R&D rigging solutions within proprietary rigging systems.

What we’re looking for:

6+ years of experience in game development with several shipped titles.
-
Expert of skinning and rigging, whether this be character, creatures, or props.

Excellent understanding of skinning and rigging assets for games
-
Extensive experienced in Maya Rigging and Tools Development.

Experienced with Unreal and Unity.
-
Experienced with facial rigging and FACS.
-
Understanding the challenges of real time production and experience with animation and character pipelines, animation systems and character rigging.

Strong communication, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, often with multiple tasks.
